Job Context

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Tender Specialist to manage Government, Semi-Government, Autonomous, and Defense tenders in Bangladesh. The role primarily involves procurement and supply of engineering goods, industrial equipment, technical products, and engineering projects.

The candidate will be responsible for managing complete tender activities, both online (e-GP) and offline, from tender identification to award and project execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential Government tender opportunities.

• Manage complete tender processes for both e-GP and manual tenders.

• Prepare technical and commercial bids, compliance statements, BOQ, and bid documentation.

• Handle local and foreign currency tenders.

• Coordinate with local and overseas manufacturers/suppliers for quotations, authorization letters, catalogs, and technical documents.

• Ensure compliance with PPA/PPR and tender requirements.

• Coordinate bid security, performance guarantee, LC, and import-related documentation.

• Liaise with Government organizations, banks, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

• Maintain proper tender records and monitor submission deadlines.
