Experience:
1. Service Center Maintenance & Monitoring
Oversee the daily upkeep and functionality of the service center, ensuring all equipment and facilities are in optimal working condition.
Monitor service workflows to ensure timely and quality delivery of all repairs and maintenance activities.
2. Technician Supervision & Reporting
Supervise all service technicians, observe their performance, and compile detailed reports on service quality, productivity, and compliance with standard operating procedures.
Provide feedback and training to improve technical skills and customer interaction.
3. Inventory & Logistics Management
Manage the Pump-Motor Receive & Delivery Register and Return & Replace Pump-Motor Register to track all incoming and outgoing units.
Oversee Courier Receive & Delivery processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely dispatch.
Maintain Maintenance Stock Register, Spear Pumps & Motors Register, and Service Center Register for complete inventory transparency.
4. Supply Chain Management
Handle the supply chain for all home appliance service-related equipment, including pumps, motors, gas stoves, weighing scales, geysers, and other appliances.
Coordinate with workshops for pump-motor component work to ensure availability of spare parts and timely repairs.
5. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
Utilize the CRM system to track customer interactions, service history, and feedback.
Communicate effectively with visiting customers and handle service inquiries over the phone professionally.
6. Financial & Administrative Reporting
Prepare and present Monthly Income Reports and Monthly Stock Reports for management review.
Maintain accurate Cash and MR Registers, and verify all Monthly TA/DA Bills for staff.
Compile Re-winding Reports and Daily Complain Reports to track service trends and issues.
7. Attendance & Compliance
Maintain the Attendance Register for all service center staff.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
8. Emergency & Field Services
Coordinate Emergency Service requests and deploy technicians as needed.
Conduct Site Visits and Dealer Point Visits to ensure service quality and client satisfaction at external locations.
Annual Leave Encashment
