1. Material Planning & Procurement

• Align raw material intake with production schedules to avoid factory downtime.

• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate high-value contracts, and establish localized or backup supply channels to safeguard against line stops.

• Oversee commercial operations, including inbound freight tracking, customs clearance, and import/export documentation compliance if materials are sourced globally.

2. Production Scheduling & S&OP Integration

• Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) facility-level meetings to map market demand forecasting directly against plant capacity.

• Minimize manufacturing bottlenecks by optimizing raw material flow straight to the assembly lines.

• Oversee Master Production Scheduling (MPS) to optimize run sizes and balance line changeover costs against asset utilization.

3. Inventory Management & Warehousing

• Control total working capital by optimizing factory safety stock levels and implementing Just-In-Time (JIT) or Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) models.

• Maintain 99%+ inventory accuracy via strict cycle count programs across raw materials, packaging, and finished goods warehouses.

• Optimize warehouse layout and material handling processes to reduce internal material transfer times and maximize space utilization.

4. Logistics & Distribution Optimization

• Direct plant logistics, managing outbound freight, fleet dispatch, and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) partners to deliver finished goods efficiently.

• Reduce freight costs through route consolidation, tendering strategies, and rigorous transport partner performance audits.

5. End-to-End Monitoring of Core Projects

• Track the lifecycle of all 3 projects from initial raw material sourcing to final product delivery.

• Build master supply chain timelines for each project and map them against factory production capacities.

• Identify bottlenecks or delays early across any of the 3 projects and implement immediate recovery plans.
