Responsibilities & Context:
Manage tender activities from Government entities, especially Military.
Prepare & submit RFQs and tender documents.
Source machinery & equipment from local & international suppliers.
Communicate with manufacturers/suppliers for pricing & technical clarification.
Prepare comparative statements, cost analysis (MS Excel), and official documents (MS Word).
Maintain client communication via website, email, and phone.
Monitor and update company website; support digital marketing and online sales.
Create catalogs, datasheets, and compliance sheets using Adobe Photoshop.
Maintain proper documentation and tender records.
Travel as required for tender submission.
