Responsibilities & Context:
1. Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all sewing machines to achieve production targets.
2. Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules for sewing equipment.
3. Monitor machine breakdowns and ensure timely troubleshooting and repairs.
4. Attend daily QCO, PPM and style review meeting.
5. Analyze machine performance and implement improvements to reduce downtime.
6. Maintain adequate spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement when required.
7. Support production teams during style changes, machine setup, and line balancing activities.
8. Ensure compliance& QMS audit with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
9. Prepare maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and machine efficiency records.
10. Coordinate with production, quality, IE, and engineering teams to improve sewing process efficiency and machine utilization.
11. Make training plan to develop the team.
12. Communicate the machine supplier to develop the process.
