Responsibilities & Context:

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dhaka, with opportunities for some remote work, for the position of Architect. The Architect will be responsible for-

• Produce and refine architectural drawings, plans, sections, elevations, and details.

• Maintain drawing standards, file organization.

• Create high-quality visual presentations, diagrams, and architectural renderings to support design concepts and client communications.

• Collaborate with architectural teams to develop clear visual narratives for proposals, competitions, and project documentation.

• Support the marketing team by designing brochures, portfolios, and promotional materials for the firm.

• Understanding the AI integration with Design principles for innovative problem-solving.
  
  
  Knowledge, Skill, & Competence

• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, building systems, and construction documentation

• Understanding the Interior Design and Development.

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion

• In-depth knowledge of graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

• Problem-solving skills in both design and technical aspects
