Responsibilities & Context:
Source for new customers through regular visits and communicating with others.
Collect new inquiries, visit customer sites, and analyze customer details and requirements.
Prepare the necessary presentation to present the product and learn how to send offers to customers.
Respond to customer queries & requirements effectively, and ensure timely support for existing customers by coordinating with other departments if needed.
Prepare and maintain the client's database and keep track of inquiries, offers, and sales.
Basic knowledge of industrial electrical or electronic equipment.
To perform any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
