Responsibilities & Context:
* Prepare electrical and EME budgets for projects including internal electrification, communication systems, substation, generator, lift, CCTV, PABX, solar, LPS, PA system, and lighting works.
* Prepare budgets for mechanical systems such as fire protection, fire detection, ventilation, and pressurization systems.
* Analyze BOQ, site quantity consumption, and project cost.
* Coordinate with vendors and SCM for updated material rates.
* Maintain project costing documents, reports, and records.
