∎ Professional Certification/ Training/ Others: Digital Marketing, Business Communication, Business Strategy Development & Analysis, Meta Management, Ads Management

∎ Basic understanding of architectural, interior, or construction-related services
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is a plus·

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote DWA’s architectural and construction services
∎ Create visually appealing marketing materials, including posters, banners, and digital content, using AI tools and graphic software like Canva, Photoshop etc.
∎ Prepare proposals, conduct market rate comparisons, and analyze industry trends to inform business strategies
∎ Maintain accurate client data sheets and ensure regular follow-up to build strong client relationships
∎ Manage digital marketing campaigns and social media presence to promote DWA’s services
∎ Lead outdoor marketing efforts to increase brand visibility and client engagement
∎ Handle the enlistment and registration of DWA in various government and non-government organizations
∎ Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with project goals and client needs
∎ Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction
∎ Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market feedback
