We are expanding our distribution network and looking for energetic, target-driven, and result-oriented professionals to join our team.

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Executive who will be responsible for expanding our dealer network across Bangladesh, identifying new business opportunities, and increasing product availability in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and retail partners across Bangladesh

• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and business partners

• Conduct regular market visits to explore new business opportunities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Collect market intelligence regarding competitor products, pricing, and promotional activities

• Present company products, offers, and business opportunities to potential dealers

• Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports

• Support branding and promotional campaigns in assigned territories

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales/marketing (FMCG, cosmetics, skincare, or consumer products preferred)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to travel frequently for field visits

• Good understanding of dealer/distribution networks in Bangladesh

• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cosmetics, skincare, or beauty product sales

• Existing dealer/distributor network will be an advantage

• Experience working with imported products or international brands
