Responsibilities & Context:
Welcome customers and provide product information.
Generate and manage customer inquiries and maintain follow-up.
Conduct product presentations and arrange test rides.
Covert inquiries into sales to achieve monthly retail targets.
Maintain customer database and update CRM/reporting records.
Explain pricing, finance, registration, and delivery process to customers.
Ensure showroom display and customer waiting area are maintained properly.
Handle Customer concerns and provide after-sales support coordination.
Support promotional and BTL Activities.
