• Design, develop, and conduct training programs for sales personnel.

• Provide product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and negotiation skills training.

• Identify training needs through performance assessments and field observations.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation training for newly recruited sales employees.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare training reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Organize workshops, coaching sessions, role-plays, and refresher training programs.

• Monitor sales team performance and provide ongoing coaching to improve productivity.

• Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment tools.

• Coordinate with management to align training objectives with business goals.

• Travel to branches or sales locations when required to conduct training sessions.
