Age: 25 to 35 years.
Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.3
Sound knowledge of local statutory regulations, internal controls, and auditing standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure at a factory location.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct regular financial, operational, and compliance audits at the factory.
Verify factory payroll, inventory management, production records, procurement processes, and utility bills.
Ensure proper implementation and compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and local labor laws.
Review cash handling, petty cash, and local purchase vouchers to prevent financial leakage or discrepancies.
Perform physical verification of fixed assets and raw material/finished goods inventory on a periodic basis.
Identify operational bottlenecks, financial risks, or internal control weaknesses and report findings to management.
Prepare comprehensive audit reports with actionable recommendations for corrective actions.
Follow up with the factory management team to ensure timely resolution of past audit observations.
