Experience:

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

• CA, ACCA, CMA, CPA, or CIMA qualified with Masters/ MBA Accounting from any public/ reputed private Universities with good academic record.

• Age At most 45 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and control the overall Accounts & Finance function of the garments factory.

• Ensure accurate books of accounts, monthly closing, financial statements, MIS and management reporting.

• Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, cash flow, fund requirements and financial performance.

• Control factory costing, production cost, overhead, wastage, variance and profitability.

• Manage working capital, receivables, payables, inventory, cash, banking, LC and fund utilization.

• Ensure proper inventory valuation, physical stock verification and reconciliation with books/ERP.

• Ensure timely compliance with Bangladesh Income Tax, VAT and other statutory requirements.

• Coordinate statutory, internal, tax/VAT and buyer audits and resolve audit observations.

• Maintain strong internal controls, financial policies, SOPs and risk-management systems.

• Monitor ERP-based accounting, financial data accuracy, reconciliations and process improvements.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic advice to Top Management for business decisions and cost optimization.

• Lead and develop the Accounts & Finance team through effective supervision, delegation and performance management.

• Coordinate with Production, Commercial, Merchandising, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain and other departments on financial matters.

• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, consultants, tax/VAT authorities and other stakeholders.

• Ensure timely payroll-related accounting, fixed-asset accounting and proper financial documentation.

• Drive cost reduction, profitability improvement, working-capital optimization and overall financial efficiency.

• Perform other finance, accounting and management responsibilities assigned by Top Management.
