Job Description
E-Lawyers Legal & Business Consultancy Firm is expanding its Accounts Division and looking for talented, dedicated, and motivated Accountants to join our professional team.
E-Lawyers operates through two major divisions: the Legal Division and the Accounts Division. The Accounts Division provides professional accounting solutions to business clients through a B2B service model.
We are seeking skilled Accountants who can manage client accounts, maintain accurate financial records, prepare reports, and support professional accounting operations.
Fresh graduates and candidates who have recently completed their academic studies are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Manage complete accounting operations for assigned business clients.
Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and transaction entries.
Prepare and maintain general ledgers, financial statements, and accounting reports.
Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
Assist clients with accounting requirements and financial documentation.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in accounting activities.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support tax, VAT, and compliance-related activities.
Communicate professionally with clients regarding accounting matters.
Collaborate with internal teams for smooth delivery of accounting services.

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred qualifications:
Additional Requirements
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
Practical knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in a professional environment.
Preferred Experience
Previous experience in an accounting firm, corporate accounting department, or professional service organization will be preferred.
Freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Tally, or similar platforms will be an advantage.
Knowledge of tax, VAT, and compliance procedures will be considered a plus.
