Position: Digital Marketing Specialist / Marketing Executive

About Us:
Catchme is a growing entertainment brand in Dhaka, operating claw machine outlets filled with fun, exciting games and collectible dolls. We are looking for a creative and motivated marketing professional to help grow our brand presence and increase foot traffic to our outlets.
🔍 Job Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
Create engaging content (posts, reels, stories, promotions) for our outlets
Manage social media pages and respond to customer messages/comments
Run and optimize paid ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads preferred)
Promote offers, events, and new machines/products
Coordinate outlet-wise promotions and offline marketing activities
Analyze campaign performance and prepare basic reports
🎯 Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing execution
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Basic graphic/content sense (Canva, CapCut, etc. is a plus)
Experience with paid ads is an advantage
Creative mindset, good communication skills, and self-motivated
