Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive / Officer

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in a relevant sales and marketing role

Education: Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business, Commerce, or related field preferred)

Location: Dhaka

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and identify target segments

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets

• Manage client relationships and acquire new customers

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline)

• Prepare sales reports and performance analysis

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support promotions and product launches

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven sales track record with strong negotiation skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to analyze customer needs and market trends

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in a team
