Responsibilities & Context:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for all product categories within the assigned territory.
Execute sales strategies and action plans in alignment with regional and organizational objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers.
Identify, appoint, and develop new dealers in potential markets.
Implement promotional, campaigns and sales programs effectively.
Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and promotional strategies.
Ensure effective route planning, market coverage, and productivity.
Support Promotional campaigns, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
