Responsibilities & Context:
Nasir Syntax Motors Ltd. is a 100% local investment automobile company in Bangladesh. Company doing manufacturing and assembling, marketing, sales, service & after sales service of Two, Three and Four-wheeler vehicles for conscious clients in Bangladesh. In order to facilitate our large expansion program, the personnels are required urgently & the responsibilities are as follows:
To manage, organize and oversee all manufacturing projects and operations.
Look after all assembly 2, 3, 4 - Wheeler engine, gearbox, brake & clutch system, Vehicle integration, testing of the vehicles.
Technical plant & strategy for production, quality, management, control. Have proper plan of monthly weekly & daily production planning.
Formulation Testing & Analysis. Quality Compliance: - (Ensure compliance with ASTM /ISO and verify adherence to internal specifications and customer requirements).
Lead a team of technicians and operators involved in the 2,3,4 wheeler motors manufacturing process.
Provide guidance, training, and support to facilitate skill development and performance improvement.
Oversee maintenance schedules to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Address technical issues and challenges related to vehicles processes promptly and effectively.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Develop concepts, products, and solutions by working with company business units.

Basic Salary USD: 3,000.00, House rent USD: 203, Conveyance Allowance USD: 20.00 and Medical USD: 50.00 per month as per company policy.
