Experience:

• Diploma in Engineering in Electronics
• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering

• Age 23 to 30 years

1.      Incoming material Quality Control (IQC)

2.      In process Quality Control (IPQC)

3.      Reviewing, updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedure to ensure quality.

4.      Assist the Supply Chain functions with qualifying and monitoring outside manufacturers and suppliers.

5.      Reviewing customer feedback for continuous improvement.

6.      Assist R&D to develop and design new products.

7.      Reviewing Photometric test report.

8.      Monitoring usage of utilities & reduce rejection to ensure efficiency &effectiveness of operations.

9.      Reporting to the higher authority over daily and monthly fault analysis

10.  Find out the fault from the line over ongoing and incoming raw-finished to the floor

11.  Research for new methods and procedures for product improvement, providing solutions to problems related to quality

12.  Reviewing customer feedback for continuous improvement

13.  Reporting to the higher authority about any kind of raw mismatch and quality fault and sort out solution.
