Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Must have strong practical knowledge of Industrial Electrical Automation & Control Systems.
• Must be experienced in DOL, Star-Delta, PLC, HMI and VFD systems.
• Knowledge of VFD parameter setting, motor speed control, fault identification and troubleshooting is required.
• Must understand and work with Timer Relay, Magnetic Contactor (MC), Overload Relay (OL), Phase Failure Relay, MCB/MCCB and other protection devices.
• Must be able to read and prepare Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD).
• Must be able to prepare Electrical Load Diagrams, Load Schedules and basic load calculations.
• Must be capable of preparing and understanding Electrical Wiring, Control Circuit and Schematic Diagrams.
• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD for electrical drawings and layouts.
• Practical knowledge of electrical motors, pumps, starters, control panels and protection systems.
• Ability to identify electrical faults and provide effective troubleshooting solutions.
• Experience in electrical equipment installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians, operators, project teams and clients.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.
• Must be energetic, honest, sincere, responsible and proactive.
• Willingness to travel to factory/project sites when required.
