Proven experience in food production or manufacturing.

Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Responsibilities & Context:
Plan, organize, and supervise daily food production operations to meet production targets and maintain quality standards.
Monitor and control production process parameters to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with the Supply Chain team to to support product development, quality improvement, and timely production.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity, minimize waste, and optimize operational costs.
Lead, train, and monitor staff to maintain safety and quality standards..
Maintain proper documentation, production records, KPI reports, housekeeping standards, and other required operational records.
