Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct physical marketing by visiting corporate offices, factories, commercial establishments, and potential clients.
Find and develop new clients for interior design, renovation, construction, and related services.
Communicate with clients through phone calls, meetings, and follow-ups.
Perform email marketing and maintain professional communication with prospects.
Present company services, portfolios, quotations, and proposals effectively.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with the design team regarding interior design and 3D visualization requirements.
Prepare daily and weekly marketing reports and maintain client databases.
Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets.
