Manage full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery
Prepare and handle RFQ, RFP, Tender & Comparative Statements (CS)
Ensure compliance with NGO & Donor procurement guidelines
Conduct price negotiation and cost optimization
Prepare Purchase Orders (PO), contracts & agreements
Coordinate with project, finance & store departments
Monitor quality, delivery timeline & supplier performance
