AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, CSI Safe, Bentley Ram Connection, MS Office, MS Project

• Maintain all structural, safety, maintenance, and compliance-related documents in proper filing and tracking systems.

• Coordinate with RSC, Nirapon, buyer representatives, auditors, and regulatory authorities during inspections and assessments.

• Prepare and update CAP (Corrective Action Plan) status reports and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.

• Should have software knowledge in STAAD. Pro, SAP, SAFE, RAM connection, idea statica, ASDIP, ETABS, Auto CAD. & Tekla design structure etc.

• Maintain records of structural inspection reports, retrofitting works, test reports, and engineering approvals.

• Ensure all engineering drawings, calculations, method statements, and approvals are properly documented and updated.

•  Monitor compliance deadlines and arrange periodic inspections, testing, and certification renewals.

• Prepare technical presentations, compliance summaries, and progress reports for management and buyers.

• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and factory management regarding remediation and compliance works.

• Ensure compliance documentation is available during buyer audits and factory assessments.

• Conduct regular factory walkthroughs to identify non-compliance issues related to structural, fire, and safety requirements.

• Assist in implementing BNBC, NFPA, RSC, and other applicable code requirements in factory facilities.

• Maintain digital and hard-copy records of permits, approvals, licenses, and compliance certificates.

• Follow up on remediation progress and update management regarding pending compliance issues.

• Prepare maintenance history records and preventive maintenance schedules for factory structures and facilities.

• Coordinate interdepartmental communication to ensure smooth implementation of compliance-related activities.

• Capable of handling official correspondence, technical emails, and meeting communications with buyers and compliance organizations professionally.

• RSC/Nirapon and buyer related structural works at Pacific Jeans group within CEPZ.

• Communication and coordination with supply chain, vendor, in-house structural team and unit engineering team for smooth process of work at Pacific Jeans group within CEPZ.

• To monitor modification, work currently going on at Pacific Jeans group within CEPZ.

• Monitor all kind of building safety related work at RMG factories of Pacific Jeans Group within CEPZ.

• Supervise construction & maintenance activities at the construction projects and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards following construction checklist.

• Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project.

• Perform in planning, designing and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.

• To identify structural defects & quickly take initiate to rectify the structure.

• Any other task assigned by management as per requirement.
