Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Capable of guiding and coordination of different activities of the construction projects and make the team work effective and successful.
∎ Ensure compliance of civil construction with the relevant codes and standards (BNBC, CDA, RAJUK, etc.) in accordance with the technical specifications, the contract, local applicable laws, safety & security on behalf of the company.
∎ Maintains project data base by writing computer programs; entering data; completing backups. Supervise construction & maintenance activities at the construction projects and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards following construction checklist.
∎ Any other task assigned by management as per requirement.
∎ Quality control, cost control and time management & Ensure safety, security and cleanness Coordinating with all the relevant departments to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Prepare BOQ, schedule the project in logical steps and prepare budget, time required to meet deadline.
∎ Ability to prepare construction related minor structural drawing.
∎ Documentation and periodical reporting and capable of solving all technical and managerial problems at project Perform in planning & overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and facilities.
∎ Deal with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress report with photograph & email top management.
∎ To identify structural defects & quickly take initiate to rectify the structure. Any other task assign by the management.
