Experience:
Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Civil Engineering from a recognized Public University.
Plan, coordinate, and supervise civil construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within approved scope, budget, quality standards, and project timelines.
Review and validate architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, BOQs, cost estimates, project schedules, and engineering specifications to ensure technical accuracy, constructability, and effective project execution.
Manage and monitor all on-site construction activities, including contractor and subcontractor performance, resource utilization, work progress, and compliance with approved drawings, engineering standards, and contractual requirements.
Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance by conducting regular site inspections, verifying materials and workmanship, implementing QA/QC procedures, and ensuring adherence to the Bangladesh National Building Code (BNBC), statutory regulations, and company standards.
Monitor project costs, measurements, and commercial activities by reviewing contractor bills, certifying completed work, controlling material usage, minimizing wastage, and supporting cost-effective project delivery.
Lead project coordination and stakeholder engagement by collaborating with consultants, architects, procurement, factory operations, utility providers, and regulatory authorities to resolve technical issues, facilitate approvals, and maintain project progress.
Promote a safe and efficient construction environment by enforcing Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) requirements, identifying project risks, implementing corrective actions, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and progress reporting.
Support the successful delivery of industrial and infrastructure projects, including factory expansion, manufacturing facilities, warehouses, utility buildings, administrative buildings, roads, drainage systems, ETP/STP civil works, renovations, and other strategic construction initiatives while performing additional engineering responsibilities assigned by management.
