Experience:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized government or non-government institute.
Fresh diploma engineers are encouraged to apply.
1 year of experience in machine assembly, maintenance, fabrication, industrial equipment, or field service operations will be preferred.
Required Skills
Ability to read engineering drawings and assembly drawings.
Knowledge of fabrication, fitting, machining, welding, and mechanical assembly practices.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Dial Gauge, etc.
Basic knowledge of bearings, gear systems, motors, shafts, couplings, and pneumatic components.
Good troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
Additional Requirements
Willingness to travel extensively for installation and service work.
Ability to work at customer sites and industrial environments.
Physically fit for field and workshop activities.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently under challenging conditions.
Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and industrial control systems will be a plus.

Selected candidates will initially join as Intern Mechanical Engineers for a period of 03 (Three) months. Upon successful completion of the internship and satisfactory performance evaluation, candidates will be offered a full-time position as Mechanical Assembly & Service Engineer.
THiNK Global Limited is seeking a Mechanical Assembly & Service Engineer (Diploma) to support machine assembly, installation, commissioning, maintenance, and field service activities. The selected candidate will work closely with design engineers and production personnel to ensure successful deployment and operation of machines and mechanical systems.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble machines, equipment, and mechanical systems according to engineering drawings.
Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities at customer sites.
Conduct field visits for machine deployment, inspection, servicing, and technical support.
Support prototype fabrication, testing, and workshop activities.
Coordinate with design engineers and production personnel during assembly and commissioning.
Maintain records of installation, maintenance, and service activities.
Assist in machine performance testing and quality inspections.
Ensure proper use of tools, instruments, and safety equipment.
Identify and report mechanical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Support inventory management of spare parts, tools, and consumables.
