KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

As a core pillar of our technical operations team, your responsibilities will bridge hands-on metrology execution, advanced data analytics, and strict quality compliance frameworks across both our Uttara facility and industrial client sites:

• Precision Calibration Execution: Execute flawless testing and calibration on a wide variety of industrial instruments, equipment, and master standards across primary disciplines—including Thermal, Mechanical, Pressure, Mass/Dimension, and Electrical streams—strictly adhering to validated laboratory methodologies and regulated manufacturing environment protocols.

·         Perform Routine Calibration Jobs: Learn and perform routine, standard precision calibrations on a wide variety of industrial instruments and equipment in laboratory and regulated manufacturing environments, strictly adhering to validated laboratory methodologies.

• Accurate Documentation Support: Carefully prepare raw data sheets, draft baseline Calibration Certificates, and compile technical reports for all assigned activities, ensuring absolute data integrity and audit-ready accuracy from day one.

• Basic Measurement Troubleshooting: Assist senior engineers in tracking laboratory equipment performance. You will be trained to identify and promptly report equipment drift, anomalies, or out-of-tolerance (OOT) conditions for further senior review.

• Internal & Operational Collaboration: Collaborate actively with the internal technical team to grasp client-specific calibration requirements, supporting the smooth execution of standard calibration protocols and tailored engineering workflows.

• Data Integrity, Uncertainty & Documentation: Carefully prepare raw data sheets from day one, progress to formulating and validating complex Measurement Uncertainty Budgets, and draft comprehensive Calibration Certificates and technical reports in strict alignment with BAB, NABL, and ILAC-G8 requirements.

• Cross-Functional & Client Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the internal technical team to grasp client-specific calibration requirements. Act as an active link with the Quality Manager to ensure all calibration outputs seamlessly support the data integrity needs of our ISO/IEC 17020 accredited inspection wing.

• Technical Teamwork: Participate actively in internal operational workflows, advancing over time to supervise, train, and sign off on the technical competency evaluations of Calibration Engineers and Technicians.
