Experience:
Prior experience working in a Pharmaceutical company, API importer, Raw materials trading company or related supply chain role is strongly preferred.
Experience in handling API sourcing, supplier coordination, import documentation and commercial negotiations will be highly valued.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical API/raw material sourcing and supply chain processes. Sound knowledge of import procedures, shipping documents, customs clearance coordination and commercial documentations.

Ns Corporation Launching a Pharmaceutical API trading business in Bangladesh and are looking for a intelligent, Capable and detailed professional to support the business operation.
The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the API trading function, Raw material souring, coordination with local pharma manufacturers and international suppliers, supplier development, commercial negotiations and end to end supply chain Execution.
Job responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and industry stakeholders.
Promote and market APIs, Excipients, and other pharmaceutical raw materials to existing and potential clients.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's customer base.
Conduct regular client visits, meetings, and presentations to generate business.
Communicate with overseas manufacturers and suppliers regarding product inquiries, pricing, availability, and documentation.
Source pharmaceutical raw materials from international suppliers based on customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection and review of all technical and commercial documents related to API imports.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, inquiries, offers, and purchase orders.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers and customers.
Coordinate sample submissions, product approvals, and commercial shipments.
Collect and maintain regulatory and quality documents such as GMP, COA, DMF, CEP, and related certifications.
