Responsibilities & Context:
Establishment, implementation, and maintenance of an effective Pharmaceutical Quality system (PQS).
Oversight and approval of GMP-related documents including SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, protocols and reports.
Review and approval of deviations, OOS/OOT, change controls, risk assessments and related CAPA.
Final disposition decisions for starting materials, packaging materials, intermediates, bulk and finished products.
Oversight of process validation, cleaning validation, qualification activities and continued process verification.
Ensuring implementation of quality Risk Management (QRM) principles as per EU GMP and PIC/S.
Approval and monitoring of training programs to ensure persoonnel GMP competence.
Oversight of self-inspections, internal audits and regulatory inspections.
Review of product quality review (PQR/APQR) and ongoing quality performance trends.
Ensuring data integrity, documentation compliance and GMP culture across all department.
