Education:
    • Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy
  • Master’s in pharmacy from a recognized institution/master’s degree in healthcare management or related field is preferred.

  • Age At most 45 years
  • 12 years of progressively responsible experience, of which minimum 05 years in a top-level leadership position in retail pharmacy, healthcare, or retail operations.

  • Proven experience in pharmacy outlet setup, expansion, and operational management

  • Strong knowledge of retail pharmacy operations, monitor inventory accuracy, stock turnover, and shrinkage control.

  • Strong knowledge of DGDA regulations and pharmacy retail compliance in Bangladesh



Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end setup and commissioning of new centers, ensuring operational readiness, regulatory compliance, staffing, inventory availability, and smooth business commencement.

  • Ensure compliance with DGDA regulations, Pharmacy Council requirements, and licensing across all outlets.

  • Ensure presence of registered pharmacists and adherence to narcotics/controlled drug handling protocols

  • Lead feasibility studies, site selection, and evaluation processes for new pharmacy outlets.

  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence across all pharmacy outlets.

  • Develop and maintain monthly & annual budgets for operations and capital purchases.

  • Optimize inventory levels to minimize stock-outs and expiry losses.

  • Analyze sales, margins, and profitability of outlets, and manage operational budgets and control costs.

  • Ensure high standards of customer service across all outlets.

  • Work closely with Vendors, Business partners, Finance, Supply Chain, Senior Management to achieve business objectives.

  • Willingness to travel extensively across outlet locations

  • Responsible for any other assignment given by higher Management.
