Experience:
Customer Interaction: Greet customers, identify their riding needs/budgets, and advise on the most suitable motorbike models.
Product Demonstration: Clearly explain the technical features, benefits, and specifications of bikes, as well as take customers on test rides.
Deal Negotiation: Negotiate pricing, finalize sales, and process necessary purchase documentation.
Up selling: Actively promote and sell financial packages (loans/insurance), maintenance plans, spare parts, and accessories.
Showroom Maintenance: Ensure bikes are cleanly displayed and that the showroom aligns with corporate branding standards.
Stock Monitoring: Keep track of physical stock, assist with inventory logging, and manage spare parts and vehicle registrations.
After-Sales Support: Coordinate the delivery of bikes and assist customers with post-purchase maintenance, servicing, and warranty claims.
