Responsibilities & Context:
Digital Marketing & IT Support Executive
- Create and manage new digital marketing content and campaigns.
- Design and prepare digital marketing leaflets, flyers, banners, and other promotional materials.
- Support online marketing activities to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies and promotional plans.
- Maintain and update company websites, digital marketing platforms, and social media channels.
- Manage and improve Facebook, YouTube, and other social media pages.
- Ensure the security and proper management of digital platforms and social media accounts.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance and recommend improvements.
- Provide basic IT support and technical assistance when required.
