Responsibilities & Context:
Solution Pro is a US-registered BPO company serving clients across the United States. We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Specialist to help grow our Truck Dispatching and Image Editing services.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and SMS campaigns.
• Generate qualified leads from LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, FMCSA/DOT databases and industry directories.
• Build and maintain prospect databases.
• Manage CRM activities including follow-ups and outreach sequences.
• Coordinate with SEO and digital marketing vendors.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
• Identify new business opportunities in the US market.
• Work during US business hours.
This is a sales-focused role with strong growth and incentive opportunities.
