Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Distribution Executive to strengthen our sales operations, expand our dealer network, and ensure efficient product distribution across assigned markets.
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day sales team activities
Identify, appoint, and onboard new dealers and distributors
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers
Expand market coverage and identify new sales territories
Monitor primary and secondary sales performance
Ensure achievement of monthly sales and distribution targets
Manage dealer orders and coordinate timely product distribution
Ensure adequate product availability across assigned markets
Monitor stock movement, inventory levels, and market demand
Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, accounts, and operations teams
Monitor sales team routes, market visits, and outlet coverage
Follow up on dealer payments, outstanding dues, and credit limits
Ensure proper execution of trade offers, promotional campaigns, and market activities
Collect market intelligence, competitor information, pricing updates, and customer feedback
Resolve dealer, retailer, delivery, and distribution-related issues
Maintain accurate sales, dealer, distribution, and collection records
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and operational reports
