Responsibilities & Context:

Solution Pro delivers image editing and retouching for US clients in real estate media, e-commerce, and product photography. We're hiring a Team Lead to build and run the production unit — manage the editing team, design the workflow, and hold quality high as we scale. This is a leadership + operations role for someone sharp and visual who can turn editing work into a tight, repeatable production line. Full training provided; we want the brain and the eye, and we'll build the rest.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and manage a team of editors — coaching, quality control, and daily oversight

  • Design and maintain SOPs, editing standards, and production workflow

  • Build and run the day/night shift rotation so coverage stays strong and the team rotates fairly — keeping staff fresh and preventing burnout

  • Own turnaround time — make sure client batches go out fast and on schedule

  • Be the final quality checkpoint — catch flaws before they reach the client, and hold a consistent standard across every editor

  • Track output, quality, and performance metrics, and drive improvements

  • Set up and tune the editing tools, presets, and systems the team runs on

  • Learn each client's style and make sure the team applies it consistently
