Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Doctors, surgeons and hospital authorities-এর সাথে professional communication করার দক্ষতা।
Field marketing ও frequent hospital visits-এর জন্য মানসিকভাবে প্রস্তুত থাকতে হবে।
Good presentation, negotiation and sales skills.
Target-oriented, energetic and self-motivated.
MS Office ও basic computer applications-এ দক্ষতা।
বাংলাদেশের যেকোনো স্থানে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ভ্রমণের মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
Experience
Medical Equipment, Surgical Instruments, Orthopedic/ Spine/ Neuro Implant বা Healthcare sector-এ 1–3 years experience preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and marketing skills may also be considered.

Job Responsibilities
Medical equipment, surgical instruments and implants-এর marketing ও sales কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করা।
Hospitals, Clinics, Diagnostic Centers, Doctors, Surgeons এবং Medical Institutions-এর সাথে নিয়মিত যোগাযোগ ও business relationship তৈরি করা।
Neurosurgery, Orthopedic, Spine Surgery ও অন্যান্য relevant surgical products/implants সম্পর্কে product presentation ও demonstration দেওয়া।
নতুন customer ও institutional business opportunity identify এবং develop করা।
Existing clients-এর সাথে professional relationship maintain ও after-sales support নিশ্চিত করা।
Hospital/OT visit করে প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী product support প্রদান করা।
Doctors ও surgeons-এর product requirements বুঝে appropriate equipment/implant solutions recommend করা।
Sales target অর্জনের জন্য effective marketing plan ও field activities পরিচালনা করা।
Tender, quotation, product proposal এবং অন্যান্য sales-related documents প্রস্তুত করতে সহযোগিতা করা।
Competitor activities, market demand ও pricing সম্পর্কে তথ্য সংগ্রহ ও management-কে report করা।
দৈনিক/সাপ্তাহিক market visit এবং sales activity report প্রদান করা।
