Responsibilities & Context:
Production Planning: Develop schedules and workflows to meet production targets.
Efficiency Management: Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce waste.
Quality Control: Ensure products meet quality standards and comply with regulations.
Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate factory workers, technicians, and supervisors.
Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents.
Inventory & Supply Chain Management: Ensure raw materials are available and minimize production delays.
Cost Control: Manage budgets and reduce unnecessary expenses.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee machinery maintenance and repairs.
Problem-Solving: Address production issues and implement improvements.
Reporting & Analysis: Track production performance and report to senior management.
You need to have a deep idea about SS and MS goods and furniture and the design of any product will have to be costed by the production.
