• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)

• Strong analytical ability, leadership, and communication skills

Akij Electric & Electronics Ltd. is looking for a qualified professional to ensure efficient operation, planning, and execution of gadget operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise gadget operations to ensure smooth and efficient production output

• Plan, schedule, and monitor daily operational activities and performance

• Coordinate with Procurement, QA, Maintenance, Warehouse, R&D, and Supply Chain teams

• Implement process improvements, cost optimization, and waste reduction initiatives

• Support product trials, pilot runs, and ensure smooth transition to mass production

• Develop and maintain SOPs, operational guidelines, and manpower structure

• Analyze operational data, productivity, cost, and performance reports to set efficiency targets

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and cost standards across all operations

• Participate in cross-functional meetings and support product development initiatives
