• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Overview:

• Alam Garments is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Production Manager to lead factory operations and ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective garment production. The role requires strong floor management, production planning expertise, and the ability to meet shipment deadlines while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities across all departments (cutting, sewing, finishing, packing)

• Ensure production targets are achieved as per shipment schedules and buyer requirements

• Monitor line efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization

• Coordinate with merchandising, quality, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow

• Implement production planning and line balancing to optimize output

• Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to minimize delays

• Ensure proper manpower allocation and supervision on the factory floor

• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

• Prepare production reports, daily output analysis, and performance tracking

• Lead, motivate, and develop production teams to achieve operational excellence
