Responsibilities & Context:
Are you creative, trend-conscious, and passionate about fashion design? As part of the expansion of our Design Team, we are looking for experienced and creative Senior Designers to join us and help create innovative, market-driven collections for babies and kids.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and analyze local and global fashion trends.
- Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and market demand.
- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams.
- Select fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and silhouettes for new product development.
- Ensure designs are both commercially viable and aligned with the brand identity.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.
- Prior experience working with a Fashion Retail Brand is mandatory.
- Sound knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and product development.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design software will be an advantage.
- Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
