Are you creative, trend-conscious, and passionate about fashion design? Alam's is looking for a talented Junior Designer as a part of the expansion of our Design Team and to help create innovative, market-driven collections for babies and kids.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and analyze local and global fashion trends.

- Develop seasonal collections aligned with the brand's vision and market demand.

- Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing, and Production teams.

- Select fabrics, trims, colors, prints, and silhouettes for new product development.

- Ensure designs are both commercially viable and aligned with the brand identity.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related discipline.

- Prior experience working with a Fashion Retail Brand is mandatory.

- Sound knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and product development.

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or other relevant design software will be an advantage.

- Strong creative, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
