Responsibilities & Context:

· To supervise, direct, and coordinate the daily activities of the Mechanical segment.

· Ensure Mechanical segment allocated work is undertaken within allocated budget and schedule in compliance to applicable industry Standards.

·  Ensure HSE compliance for all workmen

· Coordination with QC & Client to meet all test / contractual obligations

·  Progress reporting of allocated work.

·  Manpower Administration.

·  Assistance to prepare department CAPEX budget Requirements

Provide inputs and implement policies, systems and procedure for the assigned team so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements, fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service.

Continuous Improvement

Participate in the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement and sustainability of systems, processes and practices considering global standards, productivity improvement and cost reduction.

Look for areas of improvement

Reporting

Prepare sectional statements and reports timely and accurately to meet Zamil Offshore and departmental requirements, policies and quality standards.

Health & Safety

Maintain an awareness of all health and safety rules applying to the assigned tasks and tools to ensure that safe working practices are observed.
