Responsibilities & Context:

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Accounts & Audit will lead the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, project accounting, compliance, and internal control functions. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the Real Estate and Construction industry, with expertise in accounting operations, financial analysis, cost control, and accounting adjustments, along with exposure to audit activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records.

  • Prepare financial statements, management reports, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.

  • Monitor project-wise costing, revenue recognition, profitability, and expense control.

  • Review and manage accounting adjustments, reconciliations, accruals, provisions, and closing entries.

  • Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, IFRS, IAS, RJSC, and other regulatory requirements.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.

  • Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely corrective actions.

  • Manage banking, treasury, and fund management activities.

  • Lead and develop the Accounts & Audit team.

  • Support management with financial insights and strategic decision-making.
