• Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting

• 1 to 2 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM)

• Age 30 to 35 years

a. Financial reporting & analysis skills,

b. Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally),

c. Advanced Excel skills, power point andd.

d. Attention to detail and analytical mindset.

e. Communication and coordination skillsf.

f. Professional certification (CA-CC/ACCA part-qualified) preferred

1. Financial Reporting

a. Prepare periodic financial Statements as per ISA & IFRS.

b. Analyze tax & VAT compliance as per financial Statements and variances calculation.

c. Assist in preparing reports for senior management decision-making.

2. Tax Compliance

a. Preparation and submission quarterly withholding Income Tax filings;

b. Maintain tax documents for audit and regulatory purposes

c. Review vendor bills and ensure proper TDS & VDS compliance

d. Preparation & Submission Corporate Tax return preparation

e. Ensure compliance with VAT & Tax Act, Rules, and SROs and other regulations.

f. Assist in tax planning to ensure lawful tax efficiency

g. Liaise with auditors, regulators, and external stakeholders.

h. Preparation of grounds tax appeal & tribunal appeal.

i. Follow-up TDS deposit & AIT collection regular basis.

3. Follow-up & Coordination

a. Follow up on receivables, payables, and pending financial transactions.

b. Liaise with internal departments (SCM, Sales, Production) for financial data and compliance.
