Experience Requirements

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Customs Bond operations within the RMG industry.
• At least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of Customs Act, Bond Licensing, bonded warehouse operations, and export-import regulations.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent knowledge of Customs Bond Rules and NBR regulations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage all Customs Bond operations in compliance with Bangladesh Customs Bond Rules and NBR regulations.
• Coordinate with Customs Bond Commissionerate, BGMEA, EPB, VAT authorities, and other government agencies.
• Prepare and submit UD, UP, Bill of Entry (BOE), Bond Register, and other bond-related documentation.
• Ensure proper utilization of bonded raw materials and maintain accurate stock records.
• Handle bond license renewal, audit, customs inspections, and compliance activities.
• Monitor HS Code classification and import/export documentation.
• Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Store, Procurement, and Logistics departments for smooth operations.
• Ensure timely reporting and maintain all bond-related records.
