• HSC in Food & Nutrition
• Diploma in Culinary Art in Food & Nutrition

• At least 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Hotel, Overseas Companies, Group of Companies, Catering

• Age 24 to 40 years
• Only Male

• Applicants must have proven experience in 4/5 Star Hotel or In-flight Catering Company as Pastry and Bakery Commis-I

• English Communication is required.

• Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, and prepare ingredients according to standard recipes and presentation specifications.

• Baking & Assembly: Operate bakery equipment safely and assist in the assembly, glazing, and decoration of pastries, cakes, and viennoiserie.

• Hygiene & Sanitation: Adhere to strict health, safety, and HACCP guidelines, ensuring your workstation is clean and sanitized at all times.

• Stock Management: Monitor ingredient levels, report shortages, and help rotate stock to maintain freshness.

• Team Support: Guide and assist junior chefs (Commis 2 and 3) while taking instructions from the Head Pastry Chef or Sous Chef.
