Al Majlis Arabian Restaurant Located in Gulshan - 2 Dhaka .
উপকরণ প্রস্তুত করা: শেফের নির্দেশমতো রান্নার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় শাকসবজি ধোয়া, কাটা এবং অন্যান্য উপকরণ প্রস্তুত করে রাখা।
রান্নায় সহায়তা: সাধারণ রান্নার কাজে শেফকে সরাসরি সাহায্য করা এবং প্যাক করার কাজে সহায়তা করা।
পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা: ব্যবহৃত হাঁড়ি-পাতিল ও থালাবাসন (Dishwashing) ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার করা।
রান্নাঘর গোছানো: কাজের জায়গা, কাটাকুটির টেবিল এবং রান্নার সরঞ্জাম সর্বদা পরিষ্কার-পরিচ্ছন্ন ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা।
স্টক ও মালামাল ব্যবস্থাপনা: রান্নার নতুন উপকরণ গ্রহণ করা এবং সেগুলো সঠিক তাপমাত্রায় বা স্থানে সংরক্ষণ ও গুছিয়ে রাখতে সাহায্য করা।
Food Preparation: Assist chefs by washing, peeling, chopping, and slicing ingredients. Measure and weigh food items, and help assemble or portion basic dishes.
Dishwashing & Cleaning: Wash, dry, and store all cooking utensils, dishware, and cutlery. Deep clean workstations, sweep/mop floors, and sanitize kitchen equipment.
Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, inspect shipments, and stock ingredients in designated refrigerators, pantries, and cupboards.
Waste Disposal: Empty trash bins, replace garbage bags, and ensure waste is disposed of according to health and safety standards.
Dining Support: Help set up or clear tables, refill condiments, and pack takeout orders as needed.
