বাসনপত্র ধোয়া: সমস্ত প্লেট, গ্লাস, চামচ এবং রান্নার পাত্র (হাঁড়ি-পাতিল) সাবান দিয়ে ধুয়ে পরিষ্কার রাখা।
মেশিন পরিচালনা: ডিশওয়াশিং মেশিন চালু বা বন্ধ করা এবং সঠিকভাবে লোড বা আনলোড করা।
রান্নাঘর পরিষ্কার রাখা: কাজের জায়গা, মেঝে এবং ডিশওয়াশিং এরিয়া পরিষ্কার ও জীবাণুমুক্ত রাখা।
খালি করা ও সংগ্রহ: খাওয়ার ও রান্নার জায়গা থেকে নোংরা বাসনপত্র সংগ্রহ করা এবং নিয়মিত ময়লা ও আবর্জনা বাইরে ফেলা।
স্টক ও সাপ্লাই: পরিষ্কার জিনিসপত্রগুলো নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে গুছিয়ে রাখা এবং ডিটারজেন্ট ও অন্যান্য পরিষ্কারের সামগ্রী শেষ হওয়ার আগে জানিয়ে দেওয়া।
শেফদের সহায়তা: প্রয়োজনে রান্নার প্রাথমিক কাজে শেফ বা অন্যান্য কিচেন স্টাফদের সাহায্য করা।
